Facing The World

There was a documentary on Channel 4 tonight called 'My New Face'. It was all about children with disfigured faces. It was one of the most upsetting things I have ever seen. Poor children who have facial disfigurement, which often results in them being ridiculed or rejected from their society.

Now, I'm sure you're aware of these types of things, and if you're reading my blog then you're probably fairly cynical. However, after watching this programme and seeing the improvements in children's quality of life, from the surgery that talented doctors can give to them, I wish to raise awairness in the small way that I can by promoting the website on my website.
